I lost 4-5 kg weight within 6 mnths .i m xpericing anal discharge right after defecation with foul smell but reports shows - mucus absent ,occasitional fat droplets ,semi liquid consistancy of stool ,brown colour .TTG test is negative -0.64 . my doctor put me on Pre & probiotic supplemts and vit D tablets alpng with B12 injection ....that discharge is still there idk what is going on ..my gastroenterolpgsit told me to stop having dairy ..he said i dont have anything not even lactose intolerance
