I'm 13.6 days pregnant and day by day my weight is decreasing and so does my haemoglobin. Like in 12 weeks my weight was 52.6, now has reduced to 52.1 n my haemoglobin used to be 10.6 and it's now like 10.2. Day by day my diet is also decreasing. Is there any thing to worry about?
