I am trying out to get reduce my weight, so I consulted a patanjali doctor in June 2016, there I was advised was to take a tablet of arogyavardhini vati and Chandhapraba vati each after meals twice a day and a mixture of two liquids of juice before breakfast.
So, can I use those two tablets now. As they are manufactured in March 2016 and Exp 2020.

Yup if it is not expired u can use that...but Arogyavardhini is the tablet which u have to use max for 1 mandal around 40 to 42 days and then u have to stop for some 10 days if have to again start the same medicine...
