For loosing weight you need to control diet as well. Exercise alone wont help. Loosing weight is a big task ,most of us go on strict diet but that is not the solution for it. You need to take healthy diet in approriate ratio ( Less Carbs,include protein and fiber in your meal) and dont skip the meal .Exercise for 30-45 min with diet will help in reducing weight.
