If the diagnosis is giant cell tumor then it has a possibility to spread to lungs. If possible you should seek for surgeons opinion to see if surgical removal is possible or not. Also to control growth of tumor, injections are given which slows down further progression. You should start those too. Weight loss might or might not be due to disease and this needs to be investigated
Next Steps
you should meet a surgical oncologist with all reports to see if surgery is possible

Giant Cell Tumor may be called benign, even when metastatic. But weight loss is a significantly poor prognostic factor. Please share your reports for further advise
