Dear Practo User. Thanks for sending across your query. I'd suggest sunlight exposure for vitamin D, and B12-rich plant options like fortified cereals or nutritional yeast. Include mushrooms, soaked almonds, and sesame seeds for support. Consider supplements if deficiency is severe.
Next Steps
For further details you can consult with me in Dr. Monga medi clinic or consult me directly by taking a consultation on Practo.

Natural remedies alone are unlikely to correct the vitamin b 12 and d deficiencies,as these are sourced from meat , fish, dairy products.Consider taking injection cyanocobalamin and vitamin d initially.

You have vitamin B12 and D deficiencies likely due to poor absorption from IBS. For now, you need supplements (B12 and D3) along with sunlight and a gut-friendly diet like rice, boiled vegetables, puffed rice, sesame seeds, and fermented rice water. For long-term correction and natural remedies, regular sun exposure and simple homemade foods will help. For further guidance, consult me directly through practo.

Natural Sources of Vitamin D is Meat Fish and  Dairy Products and you are not into those. Still they wont provide a sufficient amount of Vitamin -D to replenish the amount of Vitamin deficiency you have. Natural Sources are to be looked for when you dont have deficiency. Small amount of Vitamin D is found in Soya Products, Certain Mushrooms and Almonds
