Weight issues + facial hairs

Asked for Female, 28 Years

I am 28 years women and i am obese (weight 95 kg and height 5.4"). i have facial hairs from quite a few years but when i got a test some 5 years ago all hormones including thyroid were in the normal range so i opted for laser hair removal. but even after 8 sittings hairs do come in few months. my weight is also not lowering
