I am not gaining weight because of my nasal DNS problem ? I will gain weight after dns surgery ? I also have multiple lipoma ?

Hello... Deviated nasal septum is not direct cause for weight loss.. May be due to repeated allergy or infection one may loose weight... Anyhow surgery is required for dns get it done.. It will correct the future respiratory problem....lipoma also need surgical correction.
