Breast milk starts decreasing after 6 months ,although very gradually. Now your baby needs to eat semisolid food too. By one year of age he should be eating whatever you cook in the kitchen . So try to give baby at least 3-4 semisolid meals per day and 3-4 breast feeds .
Next Steps
To increase weight try giving more protein rich food like dal, chola , rajma , egg , chicken , fish and Soya . . In a semi solid form or soup form .
Health Tips
Each baby grows according to his or her genetic make up. Don’t compare with other babies
