Hi Doctor, As my height is 6 feet but my weight is 60kg which is underweight. If I talk about my diet I take proper meal 3 times a day. But weight is still same.

Hello Take 6 meals in a day. Breakfast, mid morning, lunch, snacks, dinner and then milk before going to bed. Include seeds and nuts, fresh fruits and vegetables, milk and milk products in your diet. Do exercise regularly. Slowly you will get your ideal weight.

Hello! Have protein rich diet(oats dals etc). Have lots of fruits and salads. And do hit the gym. You will be amazed to see the results in 6 weeks God willngly.

Take multivitamin with that . And increase small portions in your meal like add 1bowl of rice in both meal.

Need more calories you are taking but in small quantities for number of times. Along with that you need to check your all blood parameters to find out the root cause of your underweight condition.
