Hi there,
Overall weight gain of 13 kgs in full pregnancy is normal. You have already gain it by 29 weeks.
Get GTT tests done if you haven't done it recently.
Don't try to loose weight as it will hamper baby's growth.
Just avoid anything sweet , fried oily foods and lots of carbohydrates.
Focus on protein diet only.
Get an ultrasound done by next month.
