I am an bank employee. And most of the time sitting only. I am developing fat at my stomach. But my work schedule is too hectic . I go for work at 9.30 to 8 in the evening. So get tired to do any exercise . Also too much stress and work pressure I am facing becoz of all this I am now days feeling very depressed

Hi.. work pressure can be very stressful sometimes . Start with 10 min walk before your meals.. This will help to increase your metabolism. And do some meditation before sleeping to relax.
