I have swelling in legs and foot since 3days and my body becomes very thin Hb1ac is 11.07 and diabetes level is 403 my ALT level is 41 please give me suggestions

So u have u controlled diabetes. So when sugars are uncontrolled can expect food infection or kidney issues. So first thing is to do is control sugar. Need to maintain diet and exercise with adequate medicines. Do do a routine blood test and consult
