My daughter weight is pretty less. I and my husband both are very thin. She eats- parantha/cheela, threptin, makhana, banana, oats banana cookie without maida in breakfast In lunch she eats about 1/2 small katori daal, one small size roti with almond powder,1 big cube of paneer or sometimes vegetable plus little rice like one small katori of kids She has about 280-300 ml of milk And one boiled egg. She cant eat more than this. I add ghee in everything.

Hi, to comment whether your child’s weight is actually low, we need to know her age and current weight and plot it on a growth chart. If both parents are thin, the child may also be naturally lean. From the diet you described, it appears reasonably adequate. If the child is active and growing well, it is usually reassuring.
