My kid getting weezing cough....once on a month when she gets cold doctor prescribed duolin or asthalin for her..wil it lead to any side effects in future.how to avoid that through diet

No,it's perfectly safe,and ,in fact preferred treatment for asthma,rather than oral medication. Nothing to do with diet,it's allergy due to INHALED substances.
