Dear , as u said your haemglobin raised , as u took any medicine for that its not clear , second thing if u were already having weakness and low haemglobin in this situation haemglobin no wl increase but weakness wl be there so , low haemglobin means itself weakness not feeling fresh. So don't go by no,
Again u have to consult ,sometimes because of dehydration means less water in body can show increased haemglobin but actually its not increased there are lots of reason I gave one example ,so don't go by no ,consult once doctor
