It's a difficult time for you both, the only possible way to do this is to slowly and swiftly decrease the number of feeds, try to console the baby with other favourite feeds instead of milk, pump your breast empty before latching him on. There is no easy way to do this. Hopefully slowly he'll let it go.

There is not any medicine by which weaning off becomes easier. Definitely it’s a hard process for both of you and your baby.
Next Steps
: try to tell baby each and every day, that your milk supply is greeting decreased. It will stop one day. Prepare him everyday. Allow baby’s father in this. He will also make him understand that milk supply is going to be over . With time baby understand this.
Health Tips
I hope this helps. I can understand this is difficult but with time baby outgrow with this. Good luck
