Weakness to the baby
Hey doctor my baby has fever on Saturday We have done urine test it's all normal But yesterday she had mild fever around 99.5 and we gave calpol she didn't hit fever after that And now she gets tired too early as usual time just playing for an hour and came to sleep on my lap .. Please suggest any test to run or some medicine .

This is normal. She most likely has a viral infection and her body's immune system is actively fighting it. She's tired because of the infection. No medication is required. Just give pcm if fever is above 100. Keep her hydrated

There is no need for medications if there is no fever (Temperature less than 100 fahrenheit) . Kindly keep  hydrated the child and monitor temperature
