Weakness during periods
I am havibg periods and i got blood for 2days and the pain was also usual but third day i dint got blood and my head was aching soo much also i got dizziness little.. My hands were shivering sometimes. So much weakness is there on fourt day also very little blood came but headaches and weakness is still there.. Kindly suggest me some vitamin or any medicine or food to gain energy
