Asked for Female, 20 Years

I just consulted a Dr. In the morning and was told that I might have UTI and she gave ne few medicines. I am feeling very sluggish and very weak with no energy in body. Also I had sex with my boyfriend,2 days back and bled a little even though it wasn't my first time and I am not close to my periods.
