Hi,
My wife has been feeling low and weak from last 2 days. She had vaccinated on 20th May, 2021. I am not sure what is the reason behind this.

Post vaccination weakness, lethargy, fever, headache are common. They will subside within 2-3 days. Take Tab. Dolo 650mg for relief.
Keep her hydrated.
Monitor her SpO2, temp, BP
If symptoms doesn't subside with 3days then need to investigate for covid.
