Weakness and less bleeding in menses

Asked for Female, 20 Years

I had sex last month and took i pill in 48 hours. i got my periods but the bleeding was very less as compared to my usual periods. Now i am getting weak. Fatigue and fainting is what i am experiencing regularly. And since my hemoglobin has reached 9 - 9.5 . What could be the reason ?
