Last 4-5 days not well sleep at night, daily habit food are stoped due to digestion not properly and stool bleeding today 3-4 times, other then stool is not clear breathing problems are created

For bleeding per anum - if it is at end of passing stool, get it examined by a surgical specialist to exclude piles, or fissure. If blood is coming from above , mixed with stool, get a colonoscopy done to exclude colitis, or any gi ulcer or growth..
