Weakly pregnancy in hypertension is safe

Asked for Female, 32 Years

I visited gynic doc for swelling of body.doc did all test and she said all reports r normal but HBP as 180/101 and she told I am weakly pregnancy aftr doing pregnancy test and even in scan.she told after 20days I may find exactly. So now,i should keep this pregnancy Or not as I am suffering alot weight gain and high BP. I got miscarriage In 7th month of my precious pregnancy in 2018 due to hypertension Only. So I am scared. Plz suggest me. This is my 3rd one. 1st I have 2.7yrs son, 2nd got miscarriage in 7th month. Plzzzzz suggest me accordingly.
