Weakly positive test

Asked for Female, 34 Years

My last periods were on 26th of february when i was in Pakistan. Then i came to Qatar on 14th february n periods didnt come. So on 7th we went for test n serum pregnancy test showed weakly positive pregnancy. Can u plz help me out?? What does it mean??
