Weak vision

Asked for Male, 20 Years

Low vision from childood. left side eye is squint. most of time ratina stays right side. and left side eye lower vision then right side eye. overall both side eyes has low vision. It's minus 6 and 8. I'm 20 year old. I couldn't continue my studies further due to low vision. i want my eye normal like other people. Please suggest me the way. Thank You.
