Weak head, no weight gain,
The baby was born with 2kg on 23.12.2016 and was preborn 1 month from the due date....the activities are normal but the head of the baby is still weak even after 9 months....The present weight of the baby is 6.1 kg....the baby is not gaining weight and suffers from cough and cold presently...
