my wife .. we had unprotected sex 3 times in 1 day.. she had taken i-pill minutes before our first intercourse... do we need to take another i-pill as we had intercourse 3 times in one day? Its been 48 hours from our last intercourse... pls advice

A lot depends on what phase of her cycle she was in also...she doesn't have to repeat the I pill now
However if she misses her menses get a urine pregnancy test done

I pill remains effective for 12 hours after taking. Thereafter effectiveness of I pill reduces. It is anyways effective in only 95%. It should only be used for emergency contraception .
