Watery stool sometimes in morning
Hello doctor, In the morning I have little watery stool (2 out of 7 days and rest of the days it will be small stools )with little urge to go bathroom after I wake up and drink warm water with salt,in the morning usually I have to go 2 times to bathroom to make my abdomen clear,sometimes before breakfast or sometimes after breakfast ,if my abdomen is not clear and I have breakfast and my adbomen will fluffed up with little urgency and I will pass watery stool with gas,I had some issues with gastric too,gas normally passes through farting,and farting happens at night,in the evening when I go bathroom stool is normal,it has been happening from past 3 months Please suggest

high fibre diet salads green vegetables fruits etc. sleep early. rise early and at fixed time daily. plenty of fluids throughout the day, coconut water lemon juice etc.
