I've beem having a watery semen in the last 4 months qnd before that i had one of my testiculs swellowed which my doc told me i have infection and gave me the medicine

Hello Just get done a semen analysis test from any recognised lab. Sample shall be given after at least 72hrs abstinence from sex. If any abnormality is there in reports consult a sexologist in person.
