Please give him lots of fluids in the form of Water, juice, WHO ORS, tender coconut water . If child is not able to take orally he should get it intravenous as dehydration causes this yellow urine.

Decrease urine output in such scenerios signifies dehydration....keep him well hydrated by ors-who and other liquids
