Watery loose motion
My 1.5 yrs baby boy is having watery loose motion since yesterday and 2 to 3 vomit yesterday day , today no vomit we have given enterogermina 5 ml 2 times and sporlac powder he is active but wen ever we give him food he has loose motion in an hour , he also breast feed ,some times he hassmelly motion now what shall we do he has watery motion 5 to 7 times
