please get your eyes testing done. you might be having refractory error or dryness. you can use lubricant eye drops 2to3 times daily e.g. teardrop

Hello Your symptoms are suggestive of dryness Try A.cold compresses B use lubricating eyedrop frequently Having said that it is provisional diagnosis Kindly consult local ophthalmologist and get proper eye examination done
