I have constant watery eyes and an irritation that make me rub my eyes a lot - is very distracting .

it may be due to allergy. don't rub your eyes. get your eyes testing done. for allrgy you can use antiallergi drops and tab.to know the name of drug please  consult  either on practo or a nearby ophthalmologist.
