Watery eyes and nose
Hi doc,
Tear drops are coming out from my right eye and water coming out from my right nose since today morning.
What could be the reason behind it. I am not able to look directly to the sun.Please guide.

Let us know more about your symptoms viz redness, discharge,pain in eyes, sensitivity to light,blurring of vision. This could be due to infection in eye,foreign body in eye,corneal abrasion, rise in IOP, uveitis etc. Do get evaluated by an ophthalmologist nearby.
