Watery discharge after missing periods
Hi, I am trying to get pregnant and I took follicular study last month and have a follicle in right ovary and endometrial thickness is 6.8mm (trilaminar) but treatment was stopped due to lock down. I had three injection for follicle growth and on day 19 follicle size is 18*16 mm. We couldn't get to know whether it was ruptured or not. As per my doctor we are in contact, I didn't get my periods and it was two days late. From morning I am having watery discharge and light cramps. Not sure whats going on.
Can I take the pregnancy test or wait for another couple of day
