My baby was born on 17.5.21. from birth eye watering Looks a lot and looks after being 4 days today eyes ,The meandite that is yellow he's coming. All right from the hospital before discharged of the tell. baby eyes ,Why the ढींड are coming And why water. What should we do to fix it? Pics of baby eye's attached

Madam,you can apply toba ( tobramycin ) eye drops ,one drop to each eye ,three times a day for 5 days.. Whenever you have remove that yellow secretion,use clean wet cotton to remove,if very sticky...first soak with wet cotton,after it softens remove it .....don't pull with your fingers.....After this if still there is issue contact directly.Keep your hands clean while handling baby
