Water is coming from right eye
My mother recently visited her native place and came back yesterday by train. Since last one week her right eye has become small and water is continuously coming out. She is having some pain also.

she is likely to have conjuntivitis. please share a close-up pic of your mother 's eyes. may use antibiotic eye drops 2hourly e.g. moxifloxacin and lubricant eye drops 2to3 times daily. also do hot foamentation 2to3 times daily.

From your description it looks like she has conjunctivitis which causes watering along with some eyelid swelling causing eyes to look small.
You can visit nearby ophthalmologist and meanwhile you can ask her to have cold compresses which ll gv symptomatic relief.
Also you can start lubricants eye drops and antibiotic drop like moxifloxacin.
