Your concern is completely understandable, but water should NOT be given to babies under 6 months, even in hot weather. Here's why: At 1 month 20 days, your baby's kidneys are still immature and cannot handle free water. Giving water can cause hyponatremia (low sodium) — a dangerous condition that can lead to seizures. Regarding your formula question: The water in formula is already balanced with the right nutrients and electrolytes. Plain water dilutes this balance and can also reduce your baby's intake of essential calories and nutrients. In hot weather, the right response is to feed more frequently — breast milk or formula already contains all the fluid your baby needs, even in summer heat.
Next Steps
Feed on demand — increase feeding frequency if baby seems thirsty or sweaty. Watch for signs of dehydration: dry mouth,  decreased wet diapers (<6/day). Consult your pediatrician if concerned.
Health Tips
Never give plain water, juice, or any other liquid before 6 months. This is a WHO, AAP, and IAP recommendation regardless of climate or season.

Breastfeeding is enough.Keep your hydration good so that adequate breast milk will be possible and it will help maintaining baby hydration.

I understand your concern. But Breast milk has enough water so the child does not require more water. If additional water is given, it can cause weight loss to the baby.
