Water inatake
My brother 28 yr old diagnosed for dengue and meningitisis in Sep Oct 2016 last year. Though he is good now. having food and doing daily chores at home. He has habit of drinking 2-3 glass full of plain water after dinner and lunch resp. But weight still less as compare to normal physique. Is this the good practice and good for health?

The normal requirement of water per day is about 1.5 to 2.5 litres daily, depending on the climate. In hot weather the requirement is more. Three glasses (600ml) water after lunch or dinner is near normal and should be ok.
