A good way to reach 3 liters of water daily is to spread it out evenly instead of drinking too much at once. Here’s a simple schedule you can follow: Morning after waking up: 1–2 glasses(250ml=1glass) Mid-morning: 1 glass Before lunch: 1 glass Afternoon: 1–2 glasses Evening (before/after walk or exercise): 1 glass Before dinner: 1 glass Before bed: 1 small glass This will add up to around 3 liters.
Next Steps
Check your urine color: light yellow usually means you’re well-hydrated. Drink a bit more in hot weather or if you exercise a lot. No need to force water—listen to your body’s thirst cues.
