  4. Water in eyes. Please help and suggest!

My daughter is 3years old, she gets water from eyes while watching TV or while travelling in scooter.. she watches mobile phone at short intervals. Now from last one week we have stopped giving her cellphone..Can it b symptoms of number in eyes..??Please help and suggest
