Slight water in right eye no pain no other symptoms. Applied lubrex drops  shown improvement  just would like to know if this is issue or need further treatment Kindly advise

You can continue with Lubrex eye drops 4 times a day for some more days. In case you experience any additional problems, then consult an ophthalmologist.
