Hi doctor, I saw these water filled boils on my baby's face.He is 3 months old. There are some on his chin but they are not water filled. Is it due to heat? Should I apply any ointment? Thanks

It’s not water filled lesions These are normal lesions usually develop in most children among this age No meds required
