I don't have Tympanum/eardrum in my Left Ear. I have a seasonal but continuous problem of cough, i.e, my hanky is filled with cough most of the times. I have problem of sinusitis, for which I had a surgery 2 years ago. I sufferred from pneumonia in the 1st month of my birth. When I was small kid, I mistakenly put a grain/piece of Wheat in my Left ear. After that, my parents took me to the nursing home nearby, where the doctor tried to remove it using some long pins himself. This resulted in crumbling the eardrum.
Now, I feel drops of water/liquid getting dropped inside my left ear, just like water drops come from a water tap. Yes, I feel them getting dropped sometimes, when I am laying on my bed.
Apart from that, sometimes, when I bend my head or I am in a position where I have to bend(or bow down to pick up something), few drops of water come out of my Nose suddenly. They are not sticky, but normal, just like water and without any odour or colour.
