Water Bubble under the tongue

Asked for Female, 8 Years

My 8 year daughter having a water Bubble under the tongue and having small pain, 5-6 week ago when its started, its was in size of a black pepper in size, its grown and now its triple in size. I checked with allopathy drs they told to check with surgeon and checked with homeopathic they suggested check with skin doctor. Could you let us know what it is exactly and guide how to treat without surgery. I want to avoid any surgery in tongue part. Regards
