Warts on my private part

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I am having warts kind of thing on skin under my penis.i had my vrdl and hiv1 hiv2 test it was normal.i am having medicine from last 2 months but they are not completely gone.i consulted a doctor he applied a chemical on it and it got removed but they come back again.he said its a virus. is there any treatment which can help me?
