My girl child is 9+ years having 45kg ,for reducing her weight I am giving one glass of warm water to her in every morning and before sleeping in the night time.is it good for her health?plz suggest me.

You cn gv warm water with few drops of lime juice...n start giving flaxseed powder 1 tsp with glass of water in night..do some exercise ..take some participation in sports or dance activity...
