I got a blood and urine test done day before and the report says that I have chroni vitamin D deficiency. I also had b12 deficiency but because I was taking supplements for 4-5 days before the test, the report doesn't clearly shows that. I might have some B6 deficiency also. Need to see the report for it.
I am a vegan so want to understand my definiciencies properly and need advice on the right supplements.
I have attached my report screenshot of critical parameters .

Your reports together tell a clear story. The CBC shows MCV of 104.7 fL (elevated) with low RBC count (3.74) â this is macrocytic anemia, almost certainly from B12 deficiency, which is extremely common in vegans since B12 is found almost exclusively in animal products. Your homocysteine of 26.60 (normal 30). Triglycerides are also high at 263 â often seen with high refined carb intake. B12 supplementation is non-negotiable lifelong on a vegan diet.
Next Steps
Start methylcobalamin B12 1500 mcg daily (sublingual preferred). Add Vitamin D3 60,000 IU weekly x 8 weeks. For high triglycerides, reduce refined carbs and sugar. Recheck CBC, B12, Vit D, and lipid profile in 3 months. Consult a physician for a formal prescription.
