Want to terminate pregnancy

Hi I am 27 yrs old ,mother of a one year daughter. Today I conducted a home pregnancy test which came positive. But as of now I don't want second child so , I just wanna know is there any medication available to terminate early stage pregnancy ? As it's with in one month.
